Adam Holloway Architects (AHA) is a London based, RIBA Chartered architectural practice and design consultancy, recognised for its work in ecological architecture, computational design and strategic thinking. At the heart of our practice’s work is a commitment to finding innovative design solutions for unusual challenges, through a working methodology of collaborative exploration undertaken in a spirit of curiosity and experimentation.
Adam Holloway is an Architect and Computational Designer whose work focuses at the intersection of art and science, applying principles from natural and technological innovation to extend the scope of human creative potential. Adam studied at the Architectural Association, and previously worked at Future Systems, Wilkinson Eyre and Exploration, before setting up his own practice AHA. He runs a MArchD studio at Oxford Brookes, teaches a computational design module at Westminster University and is a unit tutor at the Bartlett GAD.
As qualified architects with over 5 years experience on projects at all stages, AHA are uniquely positioned to take on many different kinds of work; from small scale installations and pavilions to larger scale office, residential or institutional projects. All of our collaborations start with an in depth inquiry in to the clients business case, aims and aspirations for the project. Once established, we use this information to create a set of targets that we always aim to surpass, delivering to the client solutions that they never thought possible.
AHA offer a consultancy service in computational design, calling on extensive knowledge and 10 years experience of creating, developing and using digital tools in architectural design workflows at a number of different scales. This service enables designers to augment and extend creative potentials to achieve design synthesis.
